I have to start with a little sad news.

It is very likely the pool will remain closed for a part or the whole of next week.

As I’m sure some of you are aware, the building maintenance is contracted from our landlord to an outside company. This puts a limit on what I can personally do. But here’s the main points:

• The maintenance needed is a little more complex than we had imagined.

• In order to do it, we have to stop the circulation of the water and so we have to close the pool.

• Turns out we need an electrician on a holiday weekend and it's likely we won't get one until at least Tuesday.

With that in mind, we're making some changes to how next week will run:

• As you know, Kari will NOT be holding Splash class tomorrow (3rd July) and the pool will close at 5 P.M.

• We will be shut on the 4th & 5th.  As always, this just means the desk and pool room will be closed.  The gym will be open for those with active memberships.

• Starting on Monday, and going unitl Thursday next week":

  • the desk will close at 5:30 P.M.  Please make sure you bring key fobs as the doors will be locked.

  • At this point we intend to keep the sauna open until 8P.M., even though the pool cannot be used.
