    All memberships start with an individual account holder.

    This gives the user 24-hour access to the gym, some group exercise classes are included and the pool and sauna.

    Everyone else is added to your membership at a BIG discount.

    These are intended for families. All members on a single account must live within a single household.

  • Family Cap

    More than 3 people in your family?

    You’ll probably hit our family cap. This way, you won’t pay crazy amounts to get everyone active.

We have a 9,000sqft gym open 24-hours that caters to a variety of different disciplines. In the space we have:

  • Cardio machines

  • Weight machines

  • Free weights, OLY and strongman

  • Functional fitness spaces

  • Recovery tools and stretching areas

SWIM

Heated 4 lane pool and sauna with classes, daily open swim and semi-private & private lessons available.
