Classes listed on this page are included with every membership option we have. They’re all free! No booking required. Class passes are available for non-members.

Monday

  • A fun blend of fitness and competitive swimming for adults, using techniques of interval swim training.

  • Designed for those with Movement Disorders like Parkinsons, M.S., Cerebral Palsy, Neuromuscular Disorders, etc., this class improves co-ordination, mobility and balance.

  • A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses light equipment to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.

  • An aerobic workout that uses the water’s natural resistance to increase your cardiovascular fitness.

  • Powerful movements inspired by the Sport; this high energy workout has many benefits. It boosts energy levels, confidence, and coordination. It promotes weight loss, better sleep, better posture, and reduces stress levels.

Tuesday

  • This is a quick, 30-minute class of high intensity interval training. It will keep you burning calories long after the class ends.

  • A fun class with rock star flair consisting of drumming, cardio, and strength training. Throw in some Yoga and Pilates, and it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind.

  • Increase your stamina and tone your body with a variety of both high and low impact exercises. You will do movements that get your heart rate up and burn calories.

Wednesday
