Our Approach

Our approach includes simulations of real-life sporting scenarios. We don’t just throw your athletes at some weights and say “Get Stronger”, we train sport-specific skills.

Light Reaction Training

This combines training reaction speed with decision making. Sports use a lot of visual cues and we want athletes to make better decisions in less time on the field.


Safe Movement Patterns

An athlete moving well is an efficient athlete. But better, injury free athletes perform better for longer and throughout the season.
