The program designed to accelerate the success of your school age athletes and keep them safe in training and on game day.

Our Approach

Our approach includes simulations of real-life sporting scenarios. We don’t just throw your athletes at some weights and say “Get Stronger”, we train sport-specific skills in small groups.

Light Reaction Training

This combines training reaction speed with decision making. Sports use a lot of visual cues and we want athletes to make better decisions in less time on the field.


Safe Movement Patterns

An athlete moving well is an efficient athlete. But injury free athletes perform better for longer and throughout the season.


Speed & Agility

Fast decision making paired with fast initiation and movement creates athletes leaving their competition in the dust and questioning what happened.

Monday + Wednesday 3:30-4:30 PM

$89 /month

Tuesday + Thursday 4:30-5:30 PM

$89 /month

Sessions will run 1hr. We would LOVE to add more sessions when these are filled.
