The program designed to accelerate the success of your school age athletes and keep them safe in training and on game day. 1st June - 20th August.

Our Approach

Our approach includes simulations of real-life sporting scenarios. We don’t just throw your athletes at some weights and say “Get Stronger”, we train sport-specific skills in small groups.

Speed & Agility

Fast decision making paired with fast initiation and movement creates athletes leaving their competition in the dust and questioning what happened.


Safe Movement Patterns

An athlete moving well is an efficient athlete. But injury free athletes perform better for longer and throughout the season.


Strength & Power

Activate muscles quickly with the force required to make a formidable opponent. Structured and progressive coaching makes this not just a possibility, but the goal.

Sessions will run 1hr 30mins. We would LOVE to add more sessions when these are filled.
