Security & Facility Access Policies
Updated 5th February 2026
These Security & Facility Access Policies exist to protect the safety of our members, staff, guests, and property. All members, guests, and staff are required to always comply with these policies. Violations may result in penalties up to and including fines, suspension, or termination of membership.
1. Door Access System Policy
1.1 Individual Access Credentials
Each member is issued a unique door access credential (key fob).
Access credentials are strictly individual and non-transferable.
Sharing, lending, duplicating, or allowing use of your access credentials by another person is prohibited.
1.2 Access Hours
Door access is granted only during approved member access hours.
Entry outside authorized hours, or attempting to bypass the access system, is prohibited.
1.3 Tailgating and Unauthorized Entry
Members must ensure the door fully closes behind them after entry.
Allowing any individual to enter without using their own valid access credentials (“tailgating”) is strictly prohibited. Members may not permit non-members to enter the facility under any circumstances, including but not limited to holding doors open, allowing entry during exit, or intentionally reopening secured doors to admit others.
An exception is made for parents with minors they are legally responsible for and have signed for on their account (who cannot get door access credentials).
Violations of these policies will incur fees explained in section 7.
1.4 Lost or Compromised Access
Lost or stolen access credentials must be reported immediately.
Members are responsible for any misuse of their credentials until reported.
Replacement credentials will incur a replacement fee.
2. Staffed vs. Unstaffed Hours Policy
2.1 Entry During Unstaffed Hours
During unstaffed hours, only active members with valid access credentials may be inside the facility.
Guests, visitors, and non-members are not permitted during unstaffed hours under any circumstances.
2.2 Supervision Expectations
Members must be able to exercise safely and independently during unstaffed hours.
Members may not coach, train, or supervise others unless explicitly authorized by the facility.
Minors must be directly supervised in the facility during unstaffed hours unless enrolled in a facility-approved program with written authorization.
2.3 Emergency Situations
Members must use posted emergency procedures and contact emergency services (911) if required.
Any emergency, injury, or safety incident must be reported to staff as soon as possible.
3. Visitor Policy
Visitors are permitted only during staffed hours and must check in at the desk.
All visitors must complete and sign a waiver and pay the day rate.
