Reimbursements


Sign up in 2 easy steps or fewer:

  1. Sign up at the facility for your membership as usual.

  2. For employers and health plans that use The National Independent Health Club Association (NIHCA), click the button below to sign up for the rewards program using the number on your key as a personal identifier. Follow the instructions making sure to enter details correctly, choosing the right facility and enter the account details for the account you wish you reimbursement to go into.

For Programs


A lot of people will have access to a discounts because insurance companies partner with fitness incentive providers. These range in price but will usually save you $20 or more a month.

You will have to sign up on their website and bring the ID in. Once we find you on our partner portal, you get a membership and we don’t charge you because you’ve already paid (LESS) for the fitness incentive.

For Seniors


Most seniors will have access to a free basic membership through their supplemental carrier. Most of the time you can sign up at the facility with your health insurance card.

  • If you’re eligible for One Pass or Renew Active, call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask for the Member Code for your fitness incentive. It should look something like this:
