MINORS POLICY

To ensure a safe environment for all members and to comply with insurance and safety standards, the following age-based access rules apply to all minors.

Age 0–13 (Children)

❌ NOT permitted on the gym floor without active supervision
✔ Gym floor access ONLY with a parent/guardian actively supervising
❌ NOT permitted in the pool without parent/guardian actively supervising

✔ Pool access ONLY with a parent/guardian actively supervising

❌ NOT permitted in sauna

✔ Allowed in designated youth/child areas (when staffed or supervised)
✔ Allowed in lobby/common areas with parent present

Age 14–15 (Early Teens)

✔ Gym floor access with parent/guardian consent
✔ Pool allowed with parent/guardian consent
❌ Sauna not permitted
❌ Not allowed in the facility without an adult on the premises

Supervising adult must:

·       Be responsible for and monitor the minor at all times

·       Monitor equipment use

Age 16–17 (Older Teens)

✔ Permitted on the gym floor without supervision
✔ Permitted in the pool without supervision
❌ Sauna allowed only if parent/guardian supervising
✔ Must have a parent/guardian-signed membership agreement and waiver prior to using the facility
✔ Must follow all equipment rules and safety instructions

All Minors (Under 18)

·       Must have a parent/guardian sign all waivers and agreements

·       Must follow staff directions immediately

·       Misuse of equipment results in immediate removal from the gym

·       Violations of this policy may result in suspension or cancellation of membership

Supervision Defined

“Supervision” means the parent/guardian is:

·       Within reach in case of emergency for ages 0–12

·       In the same room/area for ages 13–15

Fully attentive (not using noise cancelling headphones, not in the sauna, etc.)
