GYM
We have a 9,000sqft gym open 24-hours that caters to a variety of different disciplines. In the space we have:
Cardio machines
Weight machines
Free weights, OLY and strongman
Functional fitness spaces
Recovery tools and stretching areas
SWIM
We have a heated 4 lane pool and sauna with 9-12 open swim hours daily.
Age Restrictions
We understand these are a little complicated to follow but they are dictated by insurance companies mostly.
We try to give your kids as much freedom as possible, while keeping everyone safe and following the law.
U14s must be directly supervised at all times.
14-15 year-olds can be in the gym without direct supervision during staffed hours.
16 year-olds no longer need supervision but cannot sign documents/membership forms.
18 year-olds have no restrictions.
